1 If Varanger KraftFiber is responsible for errors that have occurred at the customer's home, then support at the customer's home will be free of charge.
2 The costs relating to this are covered by the line rental. If all services are disconnected during the contract period, the customer will be invoiced for the remaining amount of services during the contract period.
3 The customer will also be invoiced for installation if free installation was part of the agreement you cancelled. If you have had free or discounted services for a period, these will also be invoiced.
