1 If Varanger KraftFiber is responsible for errors that have occurred at the customer's home, then support at the customer's home will be free of charge.
2 If all services are disconnected during the contract period, the customer will be invoiced for the remaining amount of services during the contract period.
3 The customer will also be invoiced for installation if free installation was part of the agreement you cancelled. If you have had free or discounted services for a period, these will also be invoiced.
